All ground orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Affix the Prepaid Fedex domestic return label to the shipping box and retain the bottom portion of the label with the tracking number.
Take your package to a Fedex location. Locations include Fedex Stores, Fedex drop boxes, Fedex customer centers and authorized retail outlets. You can find your closest Fedex location.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of return package.
Please ship your package via an insured, traceable means (ex. UPS, FedEx, USPS).
